Job description

(Physician/MD qualifications required) Family Practice - Family Practice and Internal Medicine outpatient options located on California's scenic Central Coast-student loan repayment

Community health centers seeking Family Practice and Internist providers for two of their network of 30 accredited, Join commission-Certified clinics located along the pastoral California Central Coast; a 501 (3) non-profit organization, they are dedicated to providing a patient-centered medical home for the ethnically diverse, medically underserved populations of San Luis Obispo and Northern Santa Barbara Counties. Under their umbrella, their multi-specialty group practices place providers within a capable team of medical and support staff, offering physicians and providers a comprehensive network of support; productivity will also benefit from state-of-the-art EHR and EPM;

Service population is primary care, all life cycles, adults 75% (chronic disease, health maintenance, pain management, mental health), Pediatrics 5-10% (well babychild|chronic disease, health main and Womens Health 15% (Health Main, Pap smears, Family Planning Services.

Base Pay Wage Scale for candidates starting in 2024:

BC Family Practice: $240k

BC Internal Medicine: $260K

BC OBGYN: $320k

Associate Medical Director: $280k

Base pay is negotiable with experience.
