A DAY IN THE LIFE AS AN EXECUTIVE CHEF:

Imagine waking up each day knowing that you hold the key to culinary excellence. As our Executive Chef, you'll be responsible for every aspect of our culinary department. From creating visually stunning and cost-effective dishes to managing inventory and ensuring our facilities are top-notch, your passion for perfection will shine through. Your masterpieces will set us apart from competitors and leave our guests in awe. It's a role that allows you to unleash your creativity and lead our food service team to resounding success.

WHAT IT TAKES TO BE SUCCESSFUL AS AN EXECUTIVE CHEF:

To excel as our Executive Chef, you'll need:

4+ years of experience as an executive chef

A degree in culinary arts or related work experience

Business administration expertise

Proven management and leadership skills to motivate and inspire our team

WORK SCHEDULE & PAY RATE:

As our Executive Chef, you'll work a minimum of 55 hours per week, immersing yourself in the pursuit of culinary perfection. In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of $55,000+ per year, depending on experience. You'll also enjoy benefits such as health, dental, and vision insurance, food discounts, staff parties, and events. Additionally, we provide a 401K plan, two weeks of paid leave, and a bonus program.
