Valle Vista Post-Acute takes the lead in skilled nursing providing cutting-edge treatment to its residents in Escondido, CA.

Qualifications :

• Current California CNA license
• Active and current Basic Life Skills (BLS)

Responsibilities:

• Assists with patient personal care needs (bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting, ambulation, transfers, positioning, etc.)
• Aides with physician-ordered medications which are ordinarily self-administered
• Ensures patient safety and comfort
• Monitors and reports on the health conditions of assigned patients
