Job description

Do you love building professional relationships with organizations and the media? Do you enjoy developing engaging pitches and story angles for local and national media? Do you like to write and produce press materials? If you said yes, then you will want to join the marketing team at the Indian Pueblo Cultural Center (IPCC)/ Indian Pueblos Marketing as our Communications / Public Relations Specialist.

The IPCC Campus is located in the middle of Albuquerque and serves as a gathering place celebrating Pueblo culture. There are numerous industries that the marketing team supports, such as the museum, catering and banquets, Starbucks, the Indian Pueblo gift shop, a convenience store, hotels, a Wellness Spa, 12th St Tavern. This organization provides economic opportunities to Pueblo and local communities and is always looking at ways to improve and grow,

What is needed to be part of our team:

Bachelor's degree in journalism, marketing, communications or related field and at least three years' experience in marketing/communications/public relations. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted for a degree. Native American hiring preference is given.

Salary starts at $60,953 depending on experience.
