Therapy Aide needed in Lakewood, CO!

 

The Therapy Aide is responsible for direct or indirect delegated task under the physical

therapist, occupational therapist, speech language pathologist BCBA or other licensed/

registered clinicians. This position requires flexibility with scheduled hours as the

company continues to thrive and grow.

 

 

Position Details:

-Part time:15-20 hours a week.

-Must be available Monday through Friday in the afternoons until 630pm.

-Exact schedul is to be determined.

-Starting pay $18.29

The Rehabilitation Aide performs activities essential to promoting the comfort, mobility and independence of residents. This position provides support to the licensed professionals to enable them to effectively perform their duties.

• Maintains patient confidence and protects operations by keeping information
confidential.
• Executes activities as directed by therapist.
• Cleans, sterilizes and prepares equipment in accordance with company policy
and guidelines.
• Maintains an adequate stock of supplies in treatment rooms.
• Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures,
rules, and regulations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

•High school diploma/GED required
• Must be very organized, follow directions, able to multi-task and is friendly &
polite to patients that come into the clinic.
• Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks based on
importance
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills
• Proficient with general office PC applications (i.e. MS Word) and comfort with
learning new applications as required.
