WEEKEND TRACK - Hospice RN- Saratoga/Washington/Montgomery Counties
Every Saturday&Sunday 8a-8p Eligible for Full-Time Benefits
The Community Hospice has a wonderful opportunity for a Weekend Track RN position to work as part of our Hospice Care Team caring for patients and families in Saratoga/Washington/Montgomery Counties.

What you will do:
As a RN you will provide care in collaboration with our Hospice team every weekend, Saturday and Sunday 8am-8pm.
Work with an interdisciplinary team
What you will need:
Valid NYS RN license
Associate’s degree in nursing
1 year RN experience required, 2 years' RN experience with recent acute and/or hospice experience is preferred.
Ability to navigate through several EMR platforms
Good communication skills.
Knowledge of basic nursing skills
Valid driver license in good standing and reliable vehicle
Community Hospice provides a thorough orientation, preceptors and a supportive work environment. Training provided in end of life care.

SUPPORTED BY A HOSPICE RN SUPERVISOR in the office 8am to 4pm Saturday and Sunday and an OnCall RN Supervisor after hours, so assistance and guidance is only a phone call away!
Weekend Track Rate: $51.30/hr
Experience based Pay Range for non-track/non-per diem Part-Time and Full-Time: $35.00-$47.75
Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
