The Group is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Remote Sales Representatives with an Agency. We specialize in providing mortgage protection, life insurance, final expense coverage, and other valuable financial products. Here's what you need to know about this exciting opportunity:

Position Overview:
As a Remote Sales Representative, you'll play a pivotal role in helping families secure their financial future. This is a commission-based position where you have the potential to earn an average commission of approximately $550 per sale. Our agents typically make between 2 to 10 sales per week, depending on whether they work part-time or full-time. It's worth noting that these earnings are based on the initial commission rate, and you can expect a 5% increase in commission every two months based on your production. At The Agency, promotions are solely determined by your personal performance, not corporate politics.

What We Don't Do:

Qualifications:
- Ability to obtain a life/health insurance license in your respective state (license not required for hire)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication skills
- Organized and self-motivated
- Proactive in problem-solving
