YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS A SALES ADMINISTRATOR
As a Sales Administrator, your day revolves around being the powerhouse behind the scenes. You're the support system for Sales Managers and the Director of Sales, ensuring their goals are met and reports are organized efficiently. In this role, you are responsible for supporting our sales team and ensuring smooth operations across all our Logan-based properties, including Elements, Riverwoods, SpringHill Suites, and TownePlace Suites . Your days are dedicated to meticulous organization, including calendar management and data handling.
Additionally, you handle inquiries, assist customers, and generate critical sales reports. Your ability to multitask is evident in this fast-paced environment. As the day wraps up, you tie up loose ends, maintain impeccable records, and update spreadsheets one last time. Your positive attitude and adept multitasking skills make you the unsung hero of the sales team.
