In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Provides influence management, support, and HR direction to the HR staff at the North America Plants.
• Provides business partner and functional support to Operations, Supply Chain, Sales and Customer Care in the McKinney location.
• Responsible for recruiting and staffing in assigned functional areas.
• Develops organization strategies by identifying and researching HR issues, contributing information, and recommendations to organization critical thinking and direction.
• Implements HR strategies including talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, succession planning, training and development, AA/ EEO compliance, and labor relations.
• Provides counseling and coaching to supervisors and managers, i.e. compliance, recognition, compensation, development, performance, etc.
• Partners with human resources staff to provide ongoing support, problem resolution, and to identify continuous improvement opportunities.
• Partners with the Latin America HR team to support the world area.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management, Organization Development, Business or related field
• 10+ years progressive human resources experience; including at least 1 year in a manufacturing plant setting.
• Strong organizational, communication and listening skills
• Flexible, able to creatively problem solve and work in an environment of change and ambiguity
• Proven effectiveness in establishing and building rapport with all levels of the organization
• Ability to exercise influence at all levels of the organization regarding actions taken to enhance individual and organizational effectiveness.
• Strong Excel and data analytics skills
• Ability and desire to Travel Domestically and Internationally (up to 20%)

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

• Masters degree
• Korn Ferry Leadership Architect certification
• SHRM certification
