Relevant Experience - 3+ years of IT Recruitment APAC
Location - Remote (Philippines)
Availability - Immediate preferred
No. of positions - 2
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for sourcing, recruiting, screening, formatting resumes, submitting to the client, arranging interviews and placing candidates for permanent positions.
- Searching qualified candidates through various sources like Linkedin professional, job portals and any other means.
- Prior experience working on Networking/ Marketing/ Sales requirements - preferred.
- Prior experience working on permanent positions - preferred.
- Prior experience working in APAC recruitment - required.
- Prior experience working on SAP recruitments - preferred.
- Conducting Telephonic Interview (to check availability, communication skills, project experience, cost and other related factors).
- Negotiating compensation packages, assessing relevant experience, education, skills, visa status, personal qualifications etc.
- Follow up with the candidates regarding the acceptance of the offer and the joining dates and ensure the candidates joins the client organisation.
- On boarding the candidates in respective locations of the Client.
- Follow-ups with the Offered candidates to ensure their timely joining in the organisation.
- Scheduling Telephonic, and VC ( Ms Team ) round of interviews.
- Maintaining a good database
- Coordinate with the clients for the status of the candidates and for the new requirements.
