Our Digital Media Strategy & Analytics team, is a part of News Groups and Networks and is responsible for growth and optimization of the digital properties across News & Entertainment, inclusive of web, mobile app and CTV endpoints for ABC Entertainment, ABC News, and Good Morning America. In addition to day-to-day platform operations and audience development, we drive key pivotal initiatives for the business such as experimentation in Free Ad-Supported Television (FAST) channels and eCommerce. If selected for this role, you will report to the Director, Strategy, Operations, & Analytics.
What You Will Do

Our intern will lead at least one cross-functional project to catalyze action against one of the Digital Media strategic growth initiatives, while also acting as a critical thought partner in day-to-day operations.
- Assist in evolving audience engagement strategy in partnership with Digital Media Marketing, using platform data & behavioral insights to move the needle on critical important metrics for priority segments
- Derive and socialize actionable insights from a variety of product intelligence tools such as Adobe, Tableau
- Conduct analysis for new monetization opportunities in partnership with teams in forecasting, ad sales, platform distribution
- Contribute to strategic analysis of new business opportunities with market analysis and financial modeling
- Perform return on investment analysis for new & expanded product features, including audience impact, operational and financial assessments
- Support development & optimization of operational workflows and strategic planning frameworks across Digital Media efforts
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Strategic thinker & problem solver, naturally able to connect customer, business and product needs
- Professional agility – Proven track record to take initiative on new projects and drive complex, ambiguous issues to resolution
- Experience with preparation & delivery of executive-level presentations, as well as influencing senior leadership
- Excellent time and project management skills, with the ability to manage detail, work efficiently and communicate effectively to all levels and functions
- Proficient in MS Excel, Powerpoint, Adobe, and Tableau
Preferred Qualifications
- Work experience in management consulting, corporate or business development, strategic planning, digital/ecommerce, or a related function within the Media & Entertainment industry
Education
- MBA students with a focus of tech, user journey, consumer behavior, marketing, or other related areas on track to graduate by Summer 2025 (or recently graduated within the past six months)
Eligibility Requirements & Program Information
Candidates for this opportunity MUST meet all of the below requirements:
- Be enrolled in an accredited college/university taking at least one class in the semester/quarter (spring/fall) prior to participation in the internship program OR have graduated from a college/university within 6 months at time of application posting OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Possess unrestricted work authorization
- Have not completed one year of continual employment on a Disney internship or Disney College Program
