Title: Post-Judgment Follow Up Clerk Department: Legal Operations

Reports to: Post Judgment Supervisor FLSA Status: Non-Exempt $22.00 - $25.00 hour

JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for following-up on post judgment execution activities.  Work with Post Judgment Supervisor to execute on post judgment follow-up across 5 states.  Responsible for meeting daily production targets, maintaining quality of work, and communicating to their supervisor challenges within the follow-up process, and possible process improvements.

Working conditions are normal for an office environment.  This position involves sitting most of the time.  Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, depth perception and color vision in reading a computer monitor.  Clear speech is needed to communicate on the telephone.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Sedentary work with repetitive motion. Substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers. The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as viewing a computer terminal, reading, typing, and analyzing data. Work is performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment.
