Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as a Project Manager/Estimator. The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of commercial painting, construction paint, new construction paint, and commercial coatings. This individual will be responsible for providing accurate estimates and managing projects from start to finish.

• Generate estimates for new and existing projects
• Manage projects from start to finish
• Oversee onsite team of painters
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction
• Act as a liaison between clients and contractors

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate estimates based on project specifications
• Develop project plans and budgets
• Negotiate contracts with contractors and vendors
• Manage quality control and safety onsite
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Analyze and review project reports
• Ensure timely completion of projects
• Maintain excellent customer service

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial painting or construction project management
• Thorough understanding of commercial painting, construction paint, new construction paint, and commercial coatings
• Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and estimating software
