Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as a Project Manager/Estimator. The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of commercial painting, construction paint, new construction paint, and commercial coatings. This individual will be responsible for providing accurate estimates and managing projects from start to finish.
- Generate estimates for new and existing projects
- Manage projects from start to finish
- Oversee onsite team of painters
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction
- Act as a liaison between clients and contractors
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate estimates based on project specifications
- Develop project plans and budgets
- Negotiate contracts with contractors and vendors
- Manage quality control and safety onsite
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Analyze and review project reports
- Ensure timely completion of projects
- Maintain excellent customer service
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial painting or construction project management
- Thorough understanding of commercial painting, construction paint, new construction paint, and commercial coatings
- Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and estimating software
