Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to lead our warehouse operations across all company locations. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of optimizing efficiency, reducing costs, and enhancing overall performance in warehouse environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Standardize warehouse processes and practices to ensure consistency and efficiency.
• Optimize material flow to support field labor and minimize delays.
• Implement inventory management strategies to reduce investment and improve accuracy.
• Recruit, hire, and train warehouse staff to maintain proper staffing levels.
• Develop and manage warehouse KPIs to monitor performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee inventory management, including record-keeping and cycle counting.
• Serve as a backup for the purchasing team and oversee returns management.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and certifications.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; formal education in logistics, warehousing, procurement, or business management is preferred.
• A valid driver's license, a tow motor certification, or be willing to obtain certification if hired.
• Understanding of GAAP, EBITDA, VMI, and Loss Control principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, knowledge of Service Titan and Intacct/Sage Accounting software preferred.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Communication prowess verbally and in writing, documentation must be flawless.
• Ability to analyze processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
