Position: Software Project Manager and Implementation Consultant

As a pivotal team member, you will serve as the primary project manager and external-facing client implementation resource for our Asset & Logistics Management Software. From initial scoping discussions through implementation and subsequent upgrades, you will play a crucial role in ensuring client success. In addition to managing large internal R&D and infrastructure projects, you will coordinate project timelines, handle cost accounting, and provide regular status reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct a diverse range of analysis and project management tasks involved in developing, implementing, customizing, and upgrading complex enterprise application software, along with associated IT infrastructure and third-party products.
Support requirements gathering discussions and document design specifications, both remotely and on-site.
Manage day-to-day project meetings, status reporting, billings, and address project-related problems and questions.
Coordinate and/or personally provide onsite or remote customer consulting for the configuration and deployment of high-quality enterprise application software.
Assist customers in defining and performing data analysis, modeling, mapping, migration, and cleanup tasks.
Collaborate closely with our development, operations, sales, and support teams to ensure overall customer success.

Other Requirements and Qualifications:
Location: Primary job site is at our Westlake Village, CA office - Not a remote telecommute position.
Experience: Prior experience with ERP, ITAM, SCM, service management, asset management, logistics, or government property management software is a major plus.
Education: Bachelor's degree or higher is preferred.
Language: Fluent in spoken and written English, including technical terminology.
Flexibility: Ability to travel to customer sites if required.
