Job description

Seeking an Office Manager for a well-established company!

Job duties include:

• Oversee daily operations of the office, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning
• Manage office supplies and inventory, including ordering and restocking as needed
• Coordinate & schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executive team and other staff
• Maintain and update office policies and procedures
• Assist with onboarding process of new employees
• Manage office budget and expenses
• Create quarterly budget for office and audit
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers
• Coordinate with IT techs, ensuring technology is always working
• Maintain all passwords and log ins, keys, and other codes
• Prepare and edit correspondence and documents
• Provide general administrative support to executives including answering phone calls, managing emails, and handling other assigned tasks
• Greet and welcome visitors
• Answer and direct incoming calls, take messages and transfer calls as necessary
• Maintain accurate messaging system
• Receive and distribute mail and packages
• Order and stock employee breakroom
• Manage petty cash fund

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, communications, or related field
• Proven experience as an office manager, preferably in a professional office setting
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and part of a team
