Who we’re looking for:

MARKETING MANAGER FOR OUR CORPORATE OFFICE IN BELLEVUE, WA.

If you are a strategic thinker that has a knack for branding and enjoys finding the next big revenue driving marketing campaign, this may be the perfect opportunity for you! Staypineapple is looking for a Marketing Manager that understands the paid social media landscape, can identify collaborative partnership programs and has a data-driven approach to marketing.

Must be able to work in-office at Staypineapple’s corporate HQ, located in downtown Bellevue, WA.

What to expect:

Here are a few things that will make your days full and rewarding:

  1. Management and implementation of budgeted paid social media programming.
  2. Ongoing paid social media reporting.
  3. Creating and executing social media content calendar across various brand accounts and pages.
  4. Collaboration with Ecomm and CRM teams on social media paid targeting and maximization of ROI.
  5. Management of brand partnership campaigns and communication, negotiating agreements and implementing collaborative partnership content.
  6. Ongoing creation and upkeep of marketing team task management workflows.
  7. Collaboration with communications team on the successful implementation of influencer programming, leveraging for maximized brand exposure and content curation.
  8. Evaluation, placement and reporting of paid advertising campaigns.

Your experience and qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business or related field.
  2. Three to five years’ experience with marketing, paid social media and/or digital advertising, preferably within the hospitality, tourism or lifestyle industry.
  3. Experience and proven track record using Facebook META for paid advertising campaigns.
  4. Understanding of Salesforce Social Marketing Cloud preferred.
  5. Professional understanding of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
  6. Proficiency with Google Business Suite, including Gmail, Google Drive, Docs and Sheets.
  7. Experience with task management software such as Monday.com, Teams and/or Basecamp preferred.
  8. Experience with Google Analytics a plus.
  9. In-depth understanding and experience with paid social media campaigns.
  10. Ability to analyze analytics data to increase ROI and generate incremental revenue.
  11. Experience with brand partnership contract creation.
  12. Ability to maximize on partnership collaborations for website visitation growth.
  13. Understanding of the influencer industry and how to leverage content creators for revenue generating opportunities.
  14. Ability to evaluate and create marketing strategies based on organic reach and impression data.
