Position: Part-time Event Manager

Job Type: Part-time

Responsibilities:
As a Part-time Event Manager at Altitude Trampoline Parks, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a variety of events, including birthday parties, corporate gatherings, and special occasions. Your key responsibilities will include:

Event Planning: Collaborate with clients to understand their event needs and preferences. Develop creative and personalized event plans that align with Altitude Trampoline Parks' offerings.

Coordination: Oversee the seamless execution of events, ensuring all details are well-organized and executed according to plan. Coordinate with internal teams to provide necessary support.

Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction throughout the event planning process. Address any concerns or issues promptly to ensure a positive experience.

Staff Management: Supervise event staff and coordinate their duties during events. Ensure staff is well-trained on Altitude Trampoline Parks' offerings and customer service standards.

Budget Management: Assist clients in selecting appropriate packages and options based on their budget. Manage and adhere to budget constraints while delivering high-quality events.

Marketing Support: Work closely with the marketing team to promote events through various channels, including social media, email, and on-site promotions.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in event planning or hospitality is preferred.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Enthusiastic and outgoing personality.
Familiarity with Altitude Trampoline Parks' facilities and offerings is a plus.
