Broker Relations Account Manager - Remote US Location

Additionally, SunFire delivers transformative post enrollment engagement solutions providing third party verification technology and advocate services, ensuring the beneficiaries’ intent to enroll, health risk assessment completion as well as the activation of plan benefits.
We’re seeking an Account Manager
to develop and manage a portfolio of strategic partners, ensuring success of our Medicare platforms and services while instilling client retention and long-term growth. With our aggressive product roadmap, your contribution will further innovate and transform the engagement for all stakeholders within the Medicare industry.
What You’ll Do: - Serve as the primary point person for existing and future Broker partners; oversee post-sale activity, manage all relationships, get traction on roadmap initiatives, and ensure best-in-class Broker experiences and results.
- Proactively communicate and respond to all inquiries, issues, escalations, and needs.
- Analyze and present data-driven insights and recommendations that help contribute to the growth and long-term success of all partnerships.
- Identify strategies for new partnerships and deploy key marketing functions to promote sales growth and product release communication.
- Collaborate with Broker partners and SunFire’s development team to provide feedback on feature/product improvements and upgrades to our platform.
- Execute on adding ancillary products to our platform and business units.
- Liaise with Product, Data, Implementation, and the Customer Experience teams for Open Enrollment preparation.
- Oversee onboarding and contract agreements.
Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree with demonstrated experience developing partnerships and quarterbacking project management with Medicare-focused Carriers or Brokers.
- Strong project management, organizational, and technical skills.
- Client-facing, with a track record of executing on penetration strategies with Medicare-focused Telesales and Field Marketing agency broker models.
- Experience contributing to new growth strategies & developing new business opportunities within the Medicare distribution system.
- Experience driving strategies to decrease CTMs and other CMS escalations, accelerate partnership opportunity growth, improve retention, and provide resolution to ensure overall customer satisfaction.
- Good decision making, time management, organization, personnel leadership skills, analytical skills, and the ability to think strategically.
