Job description

Franklin Square Apartments in Quincy, IL . Is managed by Paramark Corp, a growing property management company based in Rochester,MN with properties in MN, WI, IA, IL, CO and ND. We are seeking a Part Time Housekeeper to join our team. This 25-29 hours per week position will start as soon as possible, and you must pass our background check. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations and assume responsibility for maintaining the cleanliness of the property under the direction of the Property Manager and Regional Manager. Responsibilities:

• Communicate regularly with the manager on the progress of work each day.
• Complete cleaning requests or tasks promptly.
• Walk the grounds daily to ensure all litter is removed and outside of buildings and grounds are well maintained.
• Daily inspection of common areas to ensure a clean and orderly appearance, and that everything is in working condition: Vacuum, dust, clean surface areas, common bathrooms, kitchen, elevator, windows, doors, etc.
• Work with the manager to purchase supplies as needed.
• Show respect for all residents at all times.
• Thoroughly clean empty apartments as soon as the Manager communicates the work that needs to be done - turnover within 3 days of a move-out.

• Must be dependable
• Lift up to 50 lbs occasionally, walking, bending, stooping, reaching frequently, exposure to cleaning chemicals, work indoor/outdoor
