Description

Location: Elevance Health supports a hybrid workplace model (virtual and in-office) with PulsePoint sites used for collaboration, community, and connection. This includes remote work and 1-2 days in office per week.

The Marketing Manager is the Provider audience thought leader that brings audience specific expertise to develop and align marketing campaign strategy and tactics for successful support of business goals. Serves as main point of contact for provider audience-specific campaign strategies.

How you will make an impact:

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

+ Builds market product / marketing plans

+ Serves as a single point of contact on marketing issues and resolution

+ Coordinates the development and review of communication materials with appropriate resources

+ Leads development of marketing collateral to support marketing plans

+ Coordinates with public relations to support marketing initiatives

+ Provides leadership and direction to marketing support and creative staff

+ Partners with provider communications, state reps and the Digital Team to influence and direct content for their respective areas

Project RAVEN specifics:

+ Develops a marketing strategy and journey for providers in new markets. Ensures strategy and journey align to business goals and the digital strategy.

+ Develops, implements, and monitors performance of marketing campaigns to market new plans and markets to providers.

+ Collaborates with cross functional teams to ensure the marketing strategy and journey for providers are being leveraged for various departments and channels.

+ Partners with the Marketing Project Manager to ensure general deadlines and content approvals are being met.

+ Develops marketing campaigns powered by insights and monitor performance.

+ Serves as the project lead and SME for Provider Marketing on all cross functional meetings.

Minimum Requirements:

+ Requires a BA/BS degree and a minimum of 5 years of marketing experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:

+ Managed care experience preferred.

+ Requires strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills, problem-solving skills, facilitation skills, and analytical skills.
