Sapphire Health Services offers tuition reimbursement for Healthcare Professional Courses including nursing school after 1-year of successful employment.
As a CNA you will: - Provide residents with routine daily nursing care and services
- Chart all appropriate documentation
- Maintain patient confidentiality
- Integral part of the team caring for Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation residents
- As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) you will work with nurse supervisor to monitor any changes in condition
- Communicate both orally and written with staff, residents, family members, etc
- As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with Sapphire you will foster a supportive, compassionate environment for our residents and their families
- Other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS: Must be 18 years of age
PROVIDED: CPR/TB/Equipment/Scrub Top included with tuition
