Job description

Yonkers Gardens Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation is now hiring a per diem Physical Therapist ( PT ) who is committed to providing the best life and care for our residents. The purpose of the Physical Therapist ( PT ) is to treat residents who have been referred to physical therapy by the resident's physician on written order. Identifying residents by diagnosis or observation or staff referral who may benefit from therapy and requests orders for evaluation and treatment. PHYSICAL THERAPIST QUALIFICATIONS:
