Your Role:
As a key member of our U.S. headquarters team, you'll be the go-to person for supporting servers, storage, and networks in our 24/7 production environment. Your role is pivotal in ensuring our clients receive top-notch system support.

Key Responsibilities:
Operational Excellence:

Provide stellar administrative and configuration support for our highly available server landscapes.
Take charge as the second-level support, troubleshooting issues in servers, storage, and network domains.
Conduct regular error analysis on various server systems, ensuring optimal performance.
Hardware and Software Mastery:

Monitor, configure, and maintain server and storage hardware.
Collaborate with third-party vendors (Microsoft, HPE, VMware) to resolve issues efficiently.
Customer-Centric Approach:

Demonstrate strong customer service, communication, and partnership skills, both internally and externally.
Independently make decisions for the best operational results, showcasing initiative and expertise.
Technical Proficiency:

Bring a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in productive systems, especially with HPE ProLiant Servers, in a 24/7 operation.
Deep understanding of Windows Server OS (2012R2, 2016, 2019) and working knowledge of virtualization environments (VMware).
Education and Certifications:

Hold an associate's degree in an IT-related discipline (required).
A bachelor's degree in an IT-related discipline is preferred.
Microsoft certification (MCP/MCSA) is a plus.
