Eye Care for Animals Chicago is now hiring a Customer Service Representative to join their team!
The ideal candidate:
- Possesses strong communication skills
- Provides exceptional customer service
- Is a team player
- Minimum of 1-year veterinary front desk experience required
Chicago Eye Care for Animalsis a fast-paced and exciting veterinary ophthalmology practice. We have a large clientele that we constantly meet or exceed their expectations.
Job duties include, but are not limited to:
- Provide general office support for the veterinary practice
- Greeting clients/patients
- Appointment scheduling
- Preparing medical records
- Answering and directing incoming phone calls
- Presenting and processing financial options as well as processing and balancing financial payments
This position is full-time, shifts are generally Monday through Friday 8 am-5 pm.
