FULL DUTIES THE PURPOSE:
A manufacturing company is looking for an Office Admin/Manager that is comfortable in a small company and will answer phones, assist sales with the inputting of sales quotes and sales information along with other administrative duties.
Job Duties - Data Entry/Order Entry
- Assist in data entry of quotes for sales department into QuickBooks
- Answer Phones
- Answer and generate e-mails
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor
Required Skills - QuickBooks - Desktop
- MS Office Suites
- Office Clerk/Admin - 5+ years
