Job description
Lakeside HR Group has been engaged by our client to recruit a n Account Executive . Establish consultative relationships with all customers and prospects within your territory. Meet with 10 to 15 customers and prospects per week with the intent of increasing companies’ footprint within an existing customer OR working toward a mutually beneficial partnership to deploy our solutions where we have accounts that do not have company products currently. Frequently travel territory, calling on at least nine customers and prospects in your territory per week. Intimately understand the product offering and what differentiates our solutions from the rest of the market.

Requirements:
- Work to resolve customer issues for existing or new business opportunities, including working with the customer and the companies service organization to make the necessary adjustments to maximize value and ensure customer service satisfaction.Work with the Gaming Operations department to create CAD renderings of the customer’s space with the desired company products so the customer can see how the solution fits in their current environment.
- Ability to craft deal terms that are within the pre-approved deal framework and will lead to a mutually beneficial and long-lasting partnership with customers.
- Ability to generate new opportunities quarterly that lead to predictable, accurate forecasts that meet quarterly and annual performance expectations
- Leverage CRM solutions to manage daily sales efforts, forecasts and deals as a means of connecting and working with the other areas of the organization (marketing, compliance, services, finance, production, legal & R&D).
- Attend and work conferences and shows in your territory.
- Prepare professional presentations for sales calls using appropriate marketing materials; excellent communication skills both verbal and written are essential.
- Forecast and order entry for Sales team.
- Participates in the development of price quotes.
- Provides assigned accounts with information regarding new or updated products and sales promotions.
- Formulates or amends sales contracts, maintaining legal and financial compliance from directives set by the General Manager, Canada and Senior Vice President of Sales, North America.
- Obtains proper sales contract signatures as directed by the General Manager, Canada and Senior Vice President of Sales, North America.
- Survey the casino floor and identify competitor products, table limits/types/hours/ as required for the task – update CRM.
- Submit new opportunities in the CRM with the necessary information.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements Skills: - Excellent written and verbal communication skills .
- Must be detailed oriented and highly skilled in dealing with casino operators.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong Organization and analytical skills.
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet assigned deadlines.
- Must comply with company policies and operating procedure manual.
- Maintain knowledge and utilize computer software programs applicable to the department, Salesforce and Microsoft products.
- Adhere to confidentiality rules and all other company policies, procedures, and rules as presented by company.
- 2 - 4 years of sales experience, gaming industry is a plus.
- College degree preferred.
- Proficiency Microsoft word and excel.
