National Consultant - Pre-Sales (Bilingual)

POSITION OVERVIEW

Frog Street is seeking a passionate, growth-oriented national consultant to join our dynamic team focused on the early childhood education market. The ideal candidate will have a genuine interest in early childhood development and will be instrumental in expanding our footprint in this sector by offering innovative early childhood solutions. The National Consultant in pre-sales will work in collaboration with field-based and inside sales representatives by providing pre-sales strategic support, perform sales presentations, and implement pilot programs.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver virtual and face to face sales presentations and demos.
• Develop effective sales presentations for each product line and market.
• Customize presentations based on customer need or initiative.
• Work with sales team on pre-sales solutions and developing strategic sales plans.
• Represent Frog Street at conferences and assist in booth when assigned.
• Oversee and continue to develop the Frog Street Pilot Program.
• Deliver pilot implementation training and follow-up.
• Assist sales team by providing written answers to customer questions.
• Secondary: ability to deliver implementation professional development during high volume back to school.
• Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in the Early Childhood Education field, or related experience
• Bachelor's degree in education, business, marketing, or a related field
• Minimum three (3) year professional experience, preferably in consulting/ pre-sales or early childhood education
• Bilingual preferred
• Ability to travel 50-75% of the time
• Availability to work across all U.S. time zones when needed
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities
• Experience with video conferencing and video recording
• Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
• Self-motivated and driven to exceed in a remote work environment
• Understanding of early childhood education and early childhood markets (school district, Head Start, childcare) or the ability to quickly acquire knowledge
• Experience with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, and other relevant software
