Job description
Crown Hyundai has an immediate opportunity for Service Drive Customer Service Representative.
Hourly Pay Range: $17.50 - $20.00 based upon experience, and BONUSES with room to grow!
As a Service Drive Customer Service Rep, you serve as a liaison between our service drive customers and our service department to help identify services for our clients based upon their individual needs.
We will rely on you to help in the following ways:
- Reduce wait time, increase service customer satisfaction - checking in guest, coordinating during peak traffic times on the service drive
- Instantly greet customers and start the write up process
- Work with our service team on the service drive to process customers, minimize customer wait times and traffic
- Organizing various activities behind-the-scenes

Responsibilities:
- Organize, greets and attend to the needs and wishes of a service drive guest
- Check in customer vehicle
- Other tasks involved in serving loyal Crown service customers
- Learn and become efficient with automotive software systems used in the service department.
Qualifications:
- Outstanding Personality
- Customer service ability
- Time management, critical knowledge
- Above average verbal and written communication skills
- Previous experience is a PLUS!
