Job description
We are looking for an experienced Senior Superintendent to join our construction team. This is an amazing opportunity to manage ground-up commercial projects in the construction industry. You should have an in-depth knowledge of building elements, be an excellent communicator, and able to foster collaboration among subcontractors and other team members. As a Senior Superintendent, you will be the lead on ground-up commercial projects. You will be responsible for coordinating with subcontractors and team members, managing the budget and schedule, and ensuring the highest quality of work. You will also be in charge of creating a safe and productive work environment.
At least 5 years of experience as a Superintendent with ground-up commercial construction projects. We also require experience in the following areas: Construction, Senior Superintendent, Superintendent, Commercial, Healthcare, Offices, Warehouse, K-12, Mixed-Use, Residential, Apartments, and multi-family.
This position pays $135,000 to $150,000 annually. We also offer Vacation/PTO, Medical, Dental, Vision, Bonus, 401k, and Relocation benefits.
