Job description

The Fixed Assets Intern will support Fixed Assets with completing asset transactions, asset tag management process, and data analysis.  They will work on fixed asset audit process and tracking/communication of results.

The qualified intern should expect to contribute and improve in the following functions:

• Responsible for all asset transactions, asset tag distribution, tracking and providing an overview of asset audits to management.
• Reconciling GL Accounts, Project Spending vs Capitalization.
• Support clearing of GL Accounts.
• Updating pertinent asset information as necessary.
• Support FAIM (Fixed Asset Inventory Module) implementation.
