Job description
Our client is seeking a highly motivated and versatile individual to join their team as a
Warehouse and Sales Support Specialist in Aiken SC. This position primarily involves coordinating warehouse and shipping operations but also includes responsibilities in customer service and order entry during downtime. The ideal candidate is computer literate proficient in Excel and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Warehouse and Shipping Support:
Receive inspect and organize incoming shipments.
Efficiently pick pack and ship customer orders.
Communicate effectively with and support Book Manager and Accounting Support.
Maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts and reconciliations.
Collaborate with logistics partners to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
Safely operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
Order Entry:
Accurately enter and process customer orders in NAV and Sharepoint..
Verify order details and ensure alignment with customer requirements.
Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve orderrelated issues.
Monitor order status and provide timely updates to customers.
Customer Service:
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone email or inperson.
Address customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions to ensure satisfaction.
Assist customers with order tracking product information and general inquiries.
Find and procure products from noncatalog suppliers.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Computer Literacy and Excel Skills:
Utilize computer systems and software to manage inventory orders and customer interactions including timely RFQ s and bids..
Proficiently navigate and manipulate data in Excel for reporting and analysis.
Ensure accurate and uptodate documentation of warehouse and shipping activities.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in warehouse and shipping operations.
Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Customerfocused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
