Your Role at Keystone Automotive Operations Keystone Automotive Operations, Inc. is currently seeking a
Multimedia Specialist for our
Carrolton, TX location.
As a Multimedia Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting in the development of photography, graphics, illustrations, audio, and videos. You will also collaborate with the Marketing team, management, and third-parties to accomplish tasks, as well as assist with promotions and product launches, responding to internal and external requests for materials, and conducting reports & analysis.
Responsibilities Include: - Provide support for the department and the company with design, layout, printing, video, web design, audio mixing and mailing of marketing materials.
- Provide support for the corporate brand identity with consistent use of logo, design, and messaging.
- Design, develop and deliver required media which may include graphics, photography, video and/or sound.
- Utilize computer software to generate new images/designs and prepare final files.
- Confer with printers and other outside vendors on artwork requirements, deadlines, and file formats.
- Prepare design concepts of material for discussion with supervisors or requestors and make necessary changes.
- Provide support for online strategies which include, but are not limited to, web, e-mail, and social media.
- Assist in designing and presenting product proposals to include the range and scope of the work and realistic timescales and costs.
- Assist in the development and design of content for social media; current formats include Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Linkedin, and TikTok, etc.
- Videography – seek out topics, storyboard, work with locations and brand managers, shoot and edit video.
- Film, edit and produce videos, reels, and shorts for distribution on social media platforms.
- Prepare for filming by writing a script, building a storyboard, and developing a shot list.
- Take photos, film, and edit videos under the direction of the Marketing Manager.
- Adhere to and improve on workflow standard and archival of all video assets – back up all footage and final output to servers.
- Prepare/Convert all in-house and outsourced video to fit the proper format for different marketing channels.
- Upkeep/Maintain social media accounts by uploading video, reels, and shorts and responding to comments.
- Collaborating with other specialists, writers, animators, artists, sound engineers and programmers.
- Assume other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications - 3+ years of work-related experience in design or multimedia.
Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in communications, public relations, marketing, graphic design, social media, videography and/or other related disciplines.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities - Advanced Computer Skills -- Routine use of electronic mail and computer systems. Ability to incorporate complex and complicated functions into documents, spreadsheets, databases, and presentations to support business objectives.
- Moderate Communication Skills -- Regularly uses moderately complex oral and written skills. May train others in functional areas, interact with others and make presentations to department or middle management.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including editing and proofreading.
- Varied Business Problems -- Problems are varied and complex, requiring analysis or interpretation of the situation. Problems are solved using knowledge and skills, general precedents, and practices.
- Moderate -- Handle multiple tasks simultaneously with moderate complexity. Utilize time management skills and be able to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Ability to implement coordinated strategies to enhance communications with all stakeholders using a variety of media.
- Ability to take a kernel of information and expand upon it to round out a story, create a project plan, etc.
- Independent self-starter with ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Ability to see both the big picture and be attentive to detail, learn new things quickly, be creative in both problem-solving and idea-generation, and discern the essential from the non-essential.
- Strong computer skills in in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro and After Effects) Photoshop and Illustrator skills are a plus.
- Closely follow emerging trends in tech-focused video marketing and educational content to best position video output.
