Are you a bilingual (Spanish) paralegal looking to join a dynamic and supportive legal team? Our growing immigration law office, with locations in Maryland and Virginia, is seeking a dedicated and professional full-time paralegal to join our Woodbridge, Virginia, team.
Key Requirements: - A minimum of 2 years of immigration experience;
- Bilingual in English and Spanish, with proficiency in additional languages being a strong advantage;
- Positive, welcoming, and professional demeanor;
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple administrative tasks;
- Excellent writing skills and proficiency in English;
- USCIS experience is mandatory.
What You Can Expect:
As a Paralegal at our law firm, your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and filing motions, petitions, pleadings, and trial preparation for state court and Immigration Court;
- Communicating effectively within the firm and with external contacts;
- Organizing files and maintaining accurate record-keeping, including court appearances, meeting scheduling, and application processing;
- Creating various forms for correspondence with courts and clients, performing data entry, and completing general administrative tasks such as scanning and filing documents;
- Supporting attorneys in the preparation, filing, and tracking of immigration and custody applications and petitions, gathering supporting documents, and other duties as assigned.
