Overview

The Director of Commercial Planning Integration sits within the Corporate Commercial Effectiveness organization, reporting to the VP of Commercial Planning Integration and serves as the primary resource to ensure systems & data integrity within the overall Commercial Planning ecosystem.  

This individual will oversee all stages of product creation including design, development, and delivery will be a primary responsibility.  This role will collaborate with both technical and commercial stakeholders to analyze needs and align product roadmap to strategic goals. 

This individual will be responsible for leading and collaborating with additional technical, planning and strategy departments to develop and enhance the companies planning vision.  This includes, but is not limited to, ETP, Digital, DMG, EIA, Commercial Planning Capabilities, Commercial Operations Effectiveness and Commercial Strategy Effectiveness. 

This individual is expected to be a technical subject matter expert of the managed planning applications and their end-to-end functionality. 

Primary Responsibilities

•    Develops, owns, and executes the product roadmap of various Commercial Planning applications. 
•    Works in an Agile environment and continuously reviews the business needs, refines priorities, outlines milestones and deliverables, and identifies opportunities and risks.
•    Partners with stakeholders and customers across the organization to inform the product vision, strategy, features, and prioritization.
•    Translates product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria.
•    Prioritizes and maintains the requirement backlog, balancing the needs of stakeholders while delivering highest value ROI.
•    Leads the product functional design process based on an intimate knowledge of the users and technology.
•    Defines and executes go-to-market plan, working to ensure that product management, marketing, and sales have what they need to be successful.
•    Recommend data efficiencies and integration opportunities across platforms and reporting suites.
•    Participate in discussions to determine root cause solutions for data integrity issues.
•    Evaluate data and provide recommendations for reporting & analytics to the Commercial Planning team.
•    Conduct analysis and ad-hoc reporting as prioritized by management.
•    Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

•    Strong self-starter, proactive, anticipatory, and driving in nature.
•    Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire partners and stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment.
•    Strong team player with willingness to collaborate across different departments, sometimes virtually.
•    Strong analytical and problem solving / decision-making skills.  Ability to use models to optimize decision making.
•    8-10 years of work experience, including relevant business and support experience
•    Prior experience with supporting applications and development of training activities is a plus.
•    Ability to influence senior leadership and create stakeholder engagement to drive consensus.
•    Prior experience with data integration
•    Experience with planning & goal management tools and multi-project environments preferred.
•    Strong working knowledge of SGWS product & divisional portfolios, RTM hierarchies & alignment.
•    Strong working knowledge of wine & spirits state regulations & customer segmentation.
•    Team leader and team player with willingness to collaborate across different departments, sometimes virtually.
•    Knowledge of BO, NSM, E2Open, ONESource, Tableau a plus
•    Bachelor’s or Technical Degree required (Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or other industry related curriculum), Master’s Degree preferred
•    Note: Sufficient and relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of the educational requirements
