This family owned company in Ashland, OH , makes sophisticated parts for medical, glass, and other industries. Since 1991, their operation has been dedicated to providing high quality parts with a quick delivery time.

Their 37,000 sq ft building houses 17+ machines and about 18 employees, many of whom have 10+ years with the company. With new machines being purchased very few years, they are dedicated to keeping up with the latest technology.

This is a 1st shift position working 6 - 3:30 PM Monday - Thursday and 6 - 10 AM on Friday with the goal to provide a strong work life balance.

• Program new and existing parts on MasterCAM for CNC mills
• Set up and operate CNC mills
• Edit programs at the machine
• Perform first article and in process inspections
• Minor troubleshooting
• Other duties around the shop 

• Experience programming 3-4 axis CNC Mills on MasterCAM (3-4 axis lathe is a plus)
• Strong experience setting up, operating, and editing   mills
• Knowledge of Fanuc controls
• Ability to edit programs at the machine 
• Understanding of blueprints, drawings, and models
• Knowledge of inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges etc.
