Job description

Full job description
  • Interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders to determine machining requirements, tolerances, and dimensions.

  • Program CNC machines using CAM software, making necessary adjustments to cutting speeds, feeds, and tool paths.

  • Perform routine maintenance and calibration tasks on CNC equipment to ensure proper functioning and minimize downtime.

  • Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while operating machinery and handling hazardous materials.

  • Associates in Machining preferred

  • CNC experience

  • Manual lathe and welding experience a plus

  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.

  • Demonstrated ability to set up and program CNC machines using CAM software.

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with machining tools, equipment, and materials.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail; ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently.

  • Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations related to machine operation and industrial manufacturing.

  • Troubleshooting CNC Machines

Salary info:

$26 - $26 / hr
