About the position:

This is not a 100% remote position/ MANDATORY IN OFFICE: Tuesday & Wednesday


First Book’s Marketing and Communications team is looking for a marketing expert with strong strategic marketing and organizational skills to join our team as a Senior Marketing Manager, Partnerships. Our future team member will be an independent, communicative, and multi-skilled critical thinker who will help the MarComm team create strategies, marketing elements and communications for external partnership initiatives. Specifically, we need someone to, working with First Book partner managers, determine creative and effective marketing strategies for corporate and nonprofit partnerships and have the skills to implement those strategies. This role will manage marketing elements of our corporate and nonprofit partner campaigns, working with other MarComm team members to coordinate, create, deliver, and track campaign deliverables such as digital assets, website landing pages, toolkits, flyers, banners, and other campaign deliverables as defined by the partnership. Additionally, the Senior Marketing Manager will have the skills and expertise to define creative new ways to engage relevant audiences in initiatives.

The role will also be responsible for monitoring and reporting campaign success, and coordinating among both our corporate and nonprofit teams to ensure all are aligned on campaign needs.

The candidate will be someone with a demonstrated ability to meet organizational and campaign goals, managing the process from strategy/conception through execution. This individual must be an experienced marketer who is skilled at design, content creation, messaging strategy, and able to communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Manage marketing campaigns supporting corporate and nonprofit partners.


As part of the Marketing/Communications team, support First Book’s overall marketing strategy -- a cross-platform, measurable and effective communications effort.
