Assistant Office Manager
Location: Orange, CA
- Reception and General Office Duties
- Clerical Review of Deliverables
- Assist in new project setup
- Assist with travel and misc. project coordination
- Plan and schedule appointments and events
- Misc. variety of administrative functions
Most of the following:
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
- Strong computer skills, most notably Word, Excel, and PDF programs.
- Strong organizational skills
- Can wear many hats
