Assistant Office Manager

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant Office Manager to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions to drive company success. Ideally this person will have a background in the Environmental industry.

What You Will Be Doing

- Reception and General Office Duties
- Clerical Review of Deliverables
- Assist in new project setup
- Assist with travel and misc. project coordination
- Plan and schedule appointments and events
- Misc. variety of administrative functions

What You Need for this Position

Most of the following:
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
- Strong computer skills, most notably Word, Excel, and PDF programs.
- Strong organizational skills
- Can wear many hats

- Basic understanding of an environmental industry or some related experience
