Job description
Specific Duties Include but not Limited To:
- Verifies the accuracy and completion of new hire onboarding and maintains employee files.
- Assists with staff recruitment, enforcing policy & procedure, safety training, and hiring.
- Verifies daily cash, facilitates entertainer payroll processing, and resolves any banking needs
- Organizes and files daily checks and invoices.
- Assists with liquor inventory and maintains office supplies.
- Calendars and maintains record of club permits /licenses renewal dates as required.
- Calendars and maintains record of employee certifications and expiration dates as required.
- Maintains stock of all daily paperwork forms required by staff and management.
- Contacts local vendors for maintenance bids when required.
- Responsible for daily e-mail and phone communications at the club.
- Completes basic office duties with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel & Word).
Skills/Qualifications:
Strong organizational skills with close attention to detail
Strong time management skills and response time
Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
High professionalism when working with employees, entertainers, vendors and customers
Prior Aloha POS experience preferred
Prior Office Management, Administration, Payroll or Human Resources experience required (2 years in any one area or combined experience will satisfy the requirement)
Additional Information:
Schedule may include varying afternoon or late evening shifts.
Must be able/willing to work a flexible schedule as necessary in support of business operations. This includes the ability to work overtime, holidays and weekends.
Must be able to successfully complete a background check which may include criminal, education and/or previous employment.
The Office Assistant must be well versed with the Policy and Procedures guide and the Employee Handbook.
Clubs can be noisy, crowded and/or smoky, depending on state regulations. Ideal candidate must be comfortable when exposed to nudity or topless entertainment, adult-oriented artwork, or other graphic materials that portray nudity or sexually explicit subject matter.
