Job Overview

We are currently seeking candidates for our Agent in Training program in the Greater Denver Area. This opportunity provides comprehensive training, mentorship from successful agency owners, and the potential to own your own agency upon successful completion of the program.

Salary : Annual earnings range from $60,000 to $90,000

Responsibilities

• Develop insurance quotes, deliver sales presentations, and finalize sales
• Engage in community involvement
• Build networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, etc.
• Foster relationship building
• Utilize lead management systems
• Prospect for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, and lead databases

Requirements

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous sales experience is beneficial but not mandatory
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Genuine willingness to learn, intuitive, resourceful, and coachable
• Upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude
• Strong desire for personal and professional growth
• Must hold valid insurance licenses or be willing to acquire them
