Job description
Key Accountabilities Lead a team of data engineers: define objectives, manage tasks, control delivery, develop standards, educate and motivate; Apply data engineering and development best practices to current delivery process (like: CI/CD, Code Management, Testing, Knowledge Management, Documentation etc.) Participate in and drive Data Management systems implementation projects Developing data pipelines to bring new data to Enterprise Data Fabric Ensuring data pipelines are efficient, scalable, and maintainable Ensuring that all Data Policies are met within Enterprise Data Fabric. Other Accountabilities Ensuring that implemented systems correspond with target Data Architecture Promote Data Management solutions and standards across bank; Support Data teams (DQ, BI, Data Science) in achieving their goals Establish and maintain agile delivery process based on one of frameworks: Kanban, Scrum Ensure that SLAs with data consumers and data sources are defined and maintained Skills Competencies Adaptability/Flexibility Creativity/Innovation Decision Making/Judgment Dependability Initiative Integrity/Ethics Problem Solving/Analysis Education Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent #J-18808-Ljbffr
