We need Family Medicine Advanced Practice Clinicians to join our team to provide the highest quality of care to each patient we see. As ThedaCare moves to a preventative and holistic approach to medicine, having a strong passion for Family Medicine is vital for this role. 

Position Details:  

• 1.0 FTE 
• Seeking experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant but would consider new graduates.
• Call is 1:11 on weekends; and 1 weekday every third week. The call is generally done via phone. ThedaCare On Call: a nurse triage service, that screens all calls before transferring them to the on-call physician. The hospitalist team manages all inpatient admissions.
• 16 - 22 patients per day
• The team includes 9 physicians and 8 APCs.
