We are seeking a Second Shift Production Manager to join our team! You will oversee the activities of a team of production workers.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the daily activities of the production team with plant manager
- Delegate production assignments to appropriate personnel
- Ensure all parts of the production process are running optimally
- Oversee compliance with company safety policies and procedures
- Management of production staff
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of production or operations experience preferred
- Demonstrated planning and organization skills
- Demonstrated front-line supervisory skills
- Ability to give and receive constructive feedback
- Ability to lead a team-based approach to decision making
- Demonstrated ability to work in a results-oriented, fast paced and challenging environment
- Strong leadership qualities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Laundry experience is a plus
- Bilingual Spanish is a plus
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
