**Travel Reservation Specialist**

*Fully Remote - Very Important: This is a remote opportunity for US Non-California residents ONLY*

This position offers:

- Multiple (15) openings.
- Location: Fully remote.
- Salary: $20.00/hr (DOE).
- Schedule: Full-time temp-to-hire position.

**Responsibilities:**

- Handle all aspects of travel reservations, including providing accurate information, quoting prices, securing reservation options, and processing payments.
- Address client objections and concerns, striving to provide superior customer service at all times.
- Follow up with leads via phone calls and emails to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Interact professionally with travel agency partners, guests, and internal stakeholders.


**Qualifications:**

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to quickly grasp detailed knowledge of our products and services.
- Proficiency in using internal reservations booking systems and related tools.
- Attention to detail and self-motivation are essential.
- Proficient in basic MS Office programs such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- Previous customer service experience, particularly in the airline or travel industry, is preferred.
- Professional demeanor, customer service-oriented, and friendly personality.
- Enthusiastic and passionate about delivering exceptional service.
