About the Position: We are actively seeking a dedicated Operating Room Registered Nurse to join our surgical team in the beautiful and historic city of Charleston, South Carolina. This role is pivotal in providing top-tier surgical nursing care, collaborating closely with physicians and the healthcare delivery team to assure the highest quality of health care to our patients.
What You Will Do:
- Assist in a wide range of surgical procedures, from emergency to elective and scheduled cases.
- Act as a key communicator between the surgical team and patients' families, ensuring peace of mind and clarity.
- Manage and prepare necessary supplies for patient care.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients pre, during, and post-surgery, maintaining a sterile environment.
- Implement count procedures and interventions to ensure patient safety and correct surgical sites.
- Administer medications as prescribed and participate in the patient's postoperative care and rehabilitation process.
Who We Are Looking For:
- A graduate from an accredited school of Nursing (ADN or higher).
- An active RN license in the state of South Carolina or hold an active Compact/Multi-State RN license.
- BLS Certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross.
- At least 1 year of OR RN experience is required.

- Shift Differential: Extra compensation for weekends, nights, and on-call duties.

- Relocation Assistance: Up to $5,000 for distances over 250 miles and $2,500 for over 50 miles.
- Flexible Shifts: Full-time AM and PM shifts available, with options for 8/10/12 hours including call and rotating weekends.
