Job description

The Harris Center for Mental Health and IDD (“The HARRIS CENTER”) is looking for a Revenue Manager to join our team. The Revenue Manager oversees all aspects of the revenue cycle. This position ensures that revenue is tracked efficiently and maintains communication with site staff regarding the status and accuracy of data. The revenue manager assists in administrative reporting, training, auditing, and liaison work. The revenue manager works independently and must demonstrate good judgement and organizational skills.

Your role in action:

• Provides updates on productivity, performance and action plans; communicates all relevant information to site staff.
• Reviews daily denial and suspense reports.
• Ensures client data and financial information is accurately entered into Agency’s data system.
• Provides input for corrective plan of actions.
• Monitors revenue and cash collections for each site following month end close.
• Monitors duplicate service reports and ensures deletions are entered daily or within 48 hours of service.
• Oversees weekly service and billing tracking reports.
• Supervises assigned revenue specialists.
• Performs other related duties as assigned

What qualifications you will need:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Experience:

• Five (5) years related experience.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel
• Must have excellent interpersonal skills, both oral and written, with the ability to effectively communicate with individuals at all levels
