As Director of B2B Marketing Analytics & Reporting, you will be part of the Global Insights & Analytics team for Marketing. You will be developing, optimizing, and delivering tools and reporting capabilities to Visa Marketers globally to measure the business impact of B2B Marketing. In this role, you will be responsible for developing state of the art B2B data platform capabilities, building dashboards and integrations with traditional, digital, CRM and social channels to consolidate Account Based Marketing data and implement an integrated Customer Data Platform. Strong collaboration skills are expected since you will work with internal business partners at Visa including Product Marketing, Product, and Marketing Data Platforms, as well as new/existing external partners and solution providers on enhancements and additional reporting capabilities. Ultimately, your work will contribute towards Product Marketing B2B and B2B2C strategies.
You will use data sourced from Visa’s internal systems, CRM systems, and from native systems of owned and paid marketing channels such as email, digital, social, partners, webinars, and events. A successful candidate will have an analytical mindset and demonstrate proficiency leading measurement projects using tools such as Eloqua, Marketo, MS Dynamics, Datorama, Google Analytics, Adobe (AEM, Target, DAM), Cvent, ON24 and leveraging tech stacks such as Hadoop, Google cloud platform and/or relational Databases.
Responsible for product management of automated Marketing data solutions with focus on data consolidation, automation and delivery via insightful dashboards and reports
Responsible for collecting, validating business requirements from global product marketing stakeholders, building multiyear roadmaps, prioritization and execution of the road map, and user acceptance testing to ensure successful business releases in agile manner
Responsible for Data modelling and architecture, data services and APIs of Marketing Data platform to ingest, transform and deliver several high value marketing solutions globally
SME on Visa transactional data, digital, and CRM data, tools and platforms to support solutions that inform Marketing effectiveness. You will advise on the ideal ways and hacks to track and measure campaign performance.
You will research and suggest best sources for industry benchmarks, second and third party data sources to add context to analysis
Expertise in multi touch and single touch attribution, Customer lifetime value (CLV), Pipeline Analytics, MQL and SQL- limitations and advantages of these methods in B2B is highly desirable
Successful collaboration with several stakeholder teams – Global/Regional I&A teams, Marketing Data Platform, Marketing, Marketing Technology, IT, Data, Marketing Ops, and at all levels of management that operate in a matrix organization structure.
Operate with minimal supervision and be able to make informed, well-reasoned decisions independently.

This position will have one direct report, which needs to be hired.
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
Basic Qualifications
• 10 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 8 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters/ MBA/JD/MD) or at least 3 years of work experience with a PhD
Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 163,800.00 to 213,000.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
