Job description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Executive Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will assist the principal agent in a range of administrative and transaction tasks, ensuring smooth operations and efficient management of our real estate business.
- Act as the primary liaison between the principal agent and our valued clientele.
- Efficiently screen messages, notifying the agent of critical information in a timely manner.
- Oversee and manage the principal agent’s schedules and travel arrangements.
- Organize and maintain office records and customer data with utmost confidentiality.
- Order and manage office equipment and supplies.
- Assist in basic marketing activities and client care tasks to enhance business growth.
- Perform the occasional property showing and coordinate with vendors for various services.
- Open doors for various property-related activities as required.
- Execute other administrative duties as needed to support the principal agent.
Responsibilities:
- Adjust to the needs of the real estate office and execute other assistant duties when necessary
- Liaise between the supervising broker and clients
- Oversee the broker’s schedules, team meetings, and travel arrangements
- Answer phone calls, emails, and other requests and notify broker of necessary details
- Input information received about clients through streamlined database management
Qualifications:
- Must have a valid Real Estate License
- Can work on deadline and handle private client information
- 2-3 years experience as an executive assistant or administrative assistant
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong interpersonal skills and time management skills
- Accustomed to navigating computer software such as Microsoft Office and MLS
