Location: San Leandro, CA (Hybrid) Relocation Provided
Salary: $100K -$130K
Requirements: - 3 + year of Structural Steel Estimating Experience

What You Will Be Doing

- Estimator is responsible for developing complete estimates and proposals for all assigned projects
- Develop scope letter and send to general contractors prior to bid day
- Take off all material, labor and equipment using Fabtrol

What You Need for this Position

MUST HAVES
- Estimating experience
- Structural Steel experience
NICE TO HAVES
- Seismic Retrofit experience
- Tekla
- Fabtrol/Fabsuite
- Steel Erection/ Steel Fabrications
- Steel Estimating
- Bidding
- Construction Estimating
